I use the setting to lock my screen after X amount of minutes. What I'm wondering is if there is a program out there that can override the screen lock by blacklisting running processes. IE, if Kagu, UKMP or Canola is running, do not lock my screen.
The functionality does exist, since stuff like mplayer uses it when it's playing a video. The question is whether the makers of Kagu, UKMP and Canola will include something similar within their applications.
