The captcha required error is often due to a blocked google account. The main reason is that your account is blocked or you have set yet your login informations in the preferences.

thanks that was the settings problem all settings cleared and sync starts and all my calenders are back,
suggestion Khertan: it will be nice for those who might not know this whenever there is a such problem a way to auto clear settings and start afresh thanks for the quick updates and fixes that is nice keep up
The new version (0.4.4-1) still has a problem with repeating entries.
I have an all-day entry which is repeated monthly on the 14th of the month. It is not giving an error on synchro as it did before but it now appears every day following the 14th of next month.
Thanks Khertan in advance for solving this as you seem to be solving all the other glitches.
I have a weekly event that shows in the weekly and monthly view as a daily event.
Another particularity I found is that the recurring events show before one-time events, even if the single event occurs early than the recurring one (I hope this is clear for you, Khertan).
hope this helps. otherwise I think mcalendar is great and definitely one of my top used apps. New icons are fun, although I have mixed up the delete button as being a 'close window' button a few times, however I'll learn.
