iirc, a header is formed when a menu entry has a title but no launch string.

I love this screenshot. If you are running my KDE version and you vnc to PC, you can scale desktop. This is a screenshot from my 810 running KDE connecting to windows VNC at 1024x768.

Well, here's a couple or three. TightVNC on the laptop, with an 800x480 region selected. If I actually had any use for this, I'd get a background that wouldn't tile (ugly!), but it works...
