Hello,

I would like to know the experiences with the 2GB mmc cards in nokia 770.

I can't see this devices in my nokia.

I am running 2GB Kingston, booting from MMC Partition 2, have 400MB vfat partition for MMC, and 64MB swap partition. This gives me about 1.5GB for my OS and apps.

I just updated to the kernel that makes mmc cards up to 4 time faster, works great and seems faster, but I did not actually test read or write times before and after.

Ok, thanks for you quick answer.

But, how do you achieve that? There's any tutorial?

I've already got the IT2006 OS installed, what are the programs which I need?

You need to apply the kernel patch (I'd get the one fanoush posted since it also speeds mmc speed)
