lcuk - thank you for this enormous contribution! I've been playing around with liqbase for a couple of weeks now and am addicted to its smoothness... IMO rotation of the text would be one of the most useful upgrades. Anyway, thank you for all the time you have put to this project, it was well worth it!
Good luck for your surgery!
You are more than welcome
internally liqbase supports loading in a font rotated at 90 degrees, however I have not had the time to pull it through to the rest of the system.
It would be nice to find the time to make use of this.
tooth ache is meh, I feel like I need a teething ring!!
lcuk: N800 camera rotates 180 degrees, but liqbase doesn't detect this and flip the image properly. I can take a picture with the camera flipped if I turn the tablet upside down, but that's just weird.
I just made a script in /etc/init.d which is symlinked to /etc/rc2.d which runs gconf-tool to unset the value to start the video call app on each startup.
also, would it be possible to override the camera extension switch thats built into the N800? as it is, it automatically starts the video chat app, that again results in the im subsystem firing up (a issue with it trying to look up peoples status on my accounts while staying "hidden", something i guess there either is or should be a bug report on), resulting in wifi attempting to connect...
Disabling it from the video chat app's options menu doesn't help? It doesn't start when I open my camera.
