we have no bacon thread here in itT, so here it is.
#maemo has a standing rule that bacon must be mentioned at least once a day, liqbase even includes an easter egg involving bacon (is that a bacon n egg then?)
I have always been puzzled by the bacon mentions, though (a) I have seen the bacon in liqbase, and (b) I remember the funny references to 'chunky bacon' in Why's Poignant Guide to Ruby. But I'm not sure that everyone has read that.
I'm vegetarian so I'm not really into this butchery thing, but Tottenbacon beat Liverpool tonight in the premiership..
Heh me too. I never tried bacon before I went vegetarian (they don't sell it in my country) so I never will unless I get a vegetarian version.
It looks like a heart attack on a plate though. Kinda like our so called "bistec a lo pobre" ("poor" steak) that has fried potatoes, fried onions, a fried egg or two, and a steak.
