Used N810 very good condition. Screen protector was never taken off so the screen is perfect. The metallic backing has scratches from me putting it on the table but its more like a buffed look not gauges or anything.

Thought I'd answer some questions...
So, regarding your N810, does it come with everything that they come with new? Case, accessories, charger, quickstart guide, box, stylus, earphones, car mount, etc??
Yup comes with everything extra stylus and all except I'm not sure where I put the quickstart guide. Totally forgot that it came with it. Otherwise the box and everything hardware related is accounted for.
When did you purchase it?
Really close to a year ago.
So, is there any other marks on it, other than on back of N810?
No marks except the buffered look on the back. Never dropped it either. The screen has had the original screen protector on it since day 1 so not even air has touched the screen.
Everything is working properly?
Yup works perfectly. I just don't find myself needing it anymore and figured somebody else could make better use of it. Comes with latest diablo firmware flashed on it.
Or perhaps the reason is that most people (on this forum, eBay) are selling a second hand N810 for less than $280. Close to a year ago also means no warranty (at least, in USA).
