    Easy Debian is great!

To get left-handed scrollbars in gedit (and probably most gtk apps) I created the file /home/user/.gtkrc-2.0 and added the line:

    gtk-scrolled-window-placement = top-right

I googled for that setting, and stumbled across this GTK settings page. I bet there's some other gems in there that could be very useful... how about gtk-touchscreen-mode = true ? I could see that being useful...

EDIT: My ~/.gtkrc-2.0 says that the file will be automatically overwritten by lxappearance, and that I need to use ~/.gtkrc-2.0.mine instead.
