Eh, it's a standard program. If you want to be pedantic, then it is 'Spreadsheet'.

Ah, gotcha. It's like "Coke" in parts of the southern U.S. What kind of Word would you like? Ami Pro, please!

That post is so ironic it makes my head hurt

But it's ironic in a good way. Thanks GA.

All that blab about making wiki pages for things that stemmed from the "don't tell people to search you stupid jerkface" finally went somewhere useful.

Interestingly enough, it's the jerkfaces that actually stepped up and did something about it and not the people who were always so adamant about harassing them for telling people to search.

That said, who wants to add some information on playing with .desktop files to this new article?

It's a wiki. It's iterative. Quality will improve over time, as a side effect of existing and being looked at.

Well, after complaining about the fact that the most prominently listed Wiki is not the one considered the best, I took it on myself to put a link in that Wiki pointing to https://wiki.maemo.org/. If anyone wants to improve my style, help yourself.

It just seems weird to me to have the most important Wiki so difficult to find for someone stumbling on this site for the first time. Now, if they click on the above Wiki, they can also find the other one.

Spreadsheet is the generic name. Excel is a spreadsheet product by Microsoft, part of Microsoft Office. It is not a generic name.

Don't Google. Use a search engine.

Ah, you beat me.

I was fixing to come in with "I googled it on alta vista."
