"YOU MUST HAVE About 1.35GB FREE to start the KDE install process"

how i must have so much space if after install "boot and clone system" to internal storage of n810 it left only 1.26GB? 1.26 - 0.3=0.96GB

i did not find any info about this. How to resolve?

It works on a fresh flash. If you have installed a bunch of applications you will need to free up space in order for the KDE install to complete or you will need a bigger card. If you uninstall the applications or remove some data? you can do the KDE install, then reinstall the apps or put the data back.

Yes this is working on latest firmware, and all lower diablo.

Check out here for some shockwaves, but they are a little slow because VNC was running to do the recording...

Be like Nike, just do it

    or

    like Mikey, he'll try anything

It will take you less time to install, decide you dont want it, and reflash, then it will be for me to create a video.

Koffice like all other apps run fine, any slowness is only related to startup times with koffice.

    Penguinbait,

    THANK YOU!

Running on N810 with Chinook, 8G External Memory.
I was surprised that many Chinook applications are accessible from KDE.

Why would I want to go to Android when I have this (rhetorical)?

I have modified theme/desktop settings so that I have nice big icons on the desktop for my fingers (and my eyes ). I wonder what settings I need to change to get the touchscreen to be more responsive to finger input.

Anyhow, this is a great contribution to the community.
