I install Eclipse Europa,PyDev and EsBox plugin. Scratchbox and maemo-sdk 4.1.1 was already installed. I set workspace at "/scratchbox/users/user/".
When I want to create a new Python Project it gives me an error message "A build target must be selected" so I try to create another target(window->preferences->esbox->installed targets->new), but I receive another error message "no scratchbox 1 or scratchbox 2 SDK was detected; cannot configure targets".
Can anyone help me with this? Where must be reconfigure eclipse to "activate" scratchbox SDK?

Hi there!
I have a problem with ESbox.

I'm a newbie, using on Ubuntu 9.04 scratchbox 1.0.16 with the designed target Fremantle_X86.
After I start ESbox 2.0.0-R20091216 and create the make targets for the project (like described on "Qt for Maemo Developer's Guide") I cannot run the project (laready compiled) from ESbox. I tried to execute the compiled code from shell and it works, but in the ESbox configuration options about run I'm not finding out what's wrong.

Thanks in advance.

But I'd like to make it works.
So I'm trying as hard as I can but I'm stuck. Can anyone explain me how to configure this program?

I already downloaded the common and linux archive from https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_id=192, unzipped them in the same directory, verified the presence of xulrunner and installed maemo‐debug‐scripts and libgdbm-dev inside scratchbox.
Than I create a new project with his "all" and "build" make target (setted in properties) but after a successful building of both targets I cannot run the compiled program without a terminal. ESbox simply tells me that the execution terminated without other feedbacks.

(Sorry for my English)

For future reader of this thread:
in the end I accepted artron's suggestion and started developing on QtCreator, too much time wasted searching to set correctly ESbox.
