    hello
    I am looking for a 3g cellular phone to use it with my Great N800 device. I dont really care if the phone is good or bad, because I just want it to use as a cellular modem.
    so I ask you, what is the best and fastest cellular phone for using with the N800 ?

    thank you

    I've got a Nokia 6680, but using it in USA T-Mobile Edge network. Yeah, I know, not as fast as 3G.

    with T-Mobile, the best phone (the only phone) for 3g tethering is the SE TM506 flip phone.

    I looked at the wiki list above, and for my Nokia 6680 phone, there's mention of a 3G adapter. I have no idea what this is and I haven't been able to find info on it. Can anyone elaborate?

    I am currently using n958gb. But the best phone+ tablet combination would be

    N810 + nokia 6650 on at&t with media net data plan which is just 15$/month

    It is s60 so pim is taken care off. It has hspa 850/1900 which will give speeds of 1 mb/s via bluetooth connection on the n810.

    check it out here http://www.amazon.com/Nokia-6650-Pho...8424056&sr=1-1

    nokia e65 works for me:
    * quad band GSM
    * 3G
    * bluetooth
    * wifi
    * usb connectivity
    * microsd card to store files

    nice, small, neat for use as a phone, and the tablet does all the heavy lifting.

    I too am looking for a new 3G phone to use with my n800 and I appreciate seeing this topic revisted every once in awhile. I'm currently on AT&T but am considering tmobile in the Boston,MA area. I enjoyed my trusty but now dated nokia 6320, and would like to stay with a nokia bar or slider phone. The n95 may be overkill for me, though I would love to have it. The 6650 looks good, and I can probably survive a flip phone if I stay with AT&T.

    T mobile now has 3G in Boston - anyone have recs on phones in their inventory? I'm not against going with an unlocked, but would like to consider other models in the lineup as I am unfamilar with most of the non nokia phones. Thanks!
