Why would anyone would trust their login information to a 3rd party website? Seems like that is just asking for trouble.

My question is, why would you use this at all when GAIM is available and does all those chate clients in one app?

for me it is having two apps open (browser + gaim) versus one (just browser). i also like meebos interface/sounds more than gaim or any other integrated chat client i've tried.
