Has anyone tried to relace N810's internal sd card? Or would that be possible?
I Googled but nothing helpful found.

No, don't try to remove it. The chip is encoded specifically for the board.

I could test this idea of removing internal chip and connecting some microsd card but - unfortunately I won't risk my only device.
