    Curioser and curioser, why did you choose keeping the N800 over the N810?

    2 SD cards, a G1 with GPS, N82 (thinking of selling that as the G1 does all but the 5MP camera) and Treo 650 with TomTom. The reason I got the N810 was the GPS and anti-glare with the N800 camera and 2 SD cards trade-off. Got a better price for the N810 than I would have for the N800 also....

    Also, the N800 has a bigger screen than the N82/Treo for those flights to watch movies and/music. With the APC battery I get an International flight of use...the N8x0 battery life is one of the "BEST"....

    However, the more I "Hack" the G1 the more I am finding it my preferred item....

    @here.david:

    I recently bought an apc mobile power pack (10wh).
    But I noticed that when I try to charge my n810 from it (or from any other 5V power source capable of delivering more than 500mah) my n810 shows "charging" and immediately after that displays "not charging".

    any solution??

    This problem has been discussed previously. Please see the thread, "Charging/running N800 on an external USB power supply", for one previous discussion.

    Depends on how you have the N800 setup....which version OS, etc...

    Found a quickfix for my problem:

    Bought a tiny USB hub with connector for external 5V power.
    The hub is powered by the apc mobile power pack. The N810 can then be charged from the tiny usb hub.
    The hub is enough keep the APC mobile power li-ion battery running and the N810 charging.
    I wonder how much energy im wasting this way ;-)
    Side effect: I can now use 3 usb devices with the N810 which draw more power than the N810 can provide in usb host mode.
    Also I can simultaneously charge my digital camera, mobile phone and all those other electronic gadgets that I find in my pockets each day.

    Some people mention that the apc mobile power stops delivering power 15 minutes after pressing the button. I can't confirm that. The mini usb hub runs until the battery is drained.
