I was on the road last night and decided to try and listen to my local radio station (www.kogo.com) and it directed me to download Mplayer. i did so at http://mplayer.garage.maemo.org/, did the install and I still cannot get it to work. Can someone assist me on downloading and installing the correct player so I can get my local news while on the road?

Then use mediabox media center or canola to play stream.

Thanks for the reply but..there is no mention of the N8x0 or either of mediabox media center or canola you mentioned on that page. Again, when I go to www.kogo.com, click on listen Live it takes me to a page that says to download and install Mplayer. I did that but still no joy.
