One day, when I turned on the my n810, I couldn't find my omweather applet, so I checked the applet setting and "select applets"; I did selected the omweather and omweather setting pops up when I click the omweather setting mannually; it just disappears on the main screen . So, I try to reinstall the software, but it's still gone. anyone can help?

Do you still have access to the settings? If so Have you checked that the font colour would be visible? Have you tried alternate icons?

Yes, I still have the access to the setting if I click the home botton and then click the applet setting. Yes, i try both, but it doesn't work.( and I also try change backgroung image) it's not just word gone; it's the whole box( as if it never existed) gone in the home screen.

Have you tried selecting a new station? Try loading a different icon set from the application manager.

I think u misunderstod what I mean. I mean when i selected the omweather from the "selected applets", it doesn't show up one the home view of the n810 anymore. Beside that. the omweather functions properly ( i can c the temp etc on the omwether screen). I just can't c the applet on the home view.

Try installing a different icon set from application manager, perhaps the ones you are using are corrupt in some way?

problem sloved. it's all about slide rotation thing fault. I think I accidently move the omweather applet in vertical position that when I rotated it back to the normal position, it displaced to somewhere the screen doesn't show. thanks for ur help anyway
