I frequently use the file manager and I would like my .pdf files to be opened with Evince rather than the default PDF reader, which sucks big time. How do I go about that, I mean where do I change it?
Presumably that's an easy peasy thing to do but I haven't been able to find the answer on the internet.

And one more thing, is there a file manager 'plugin' or something, so that I could click and hold a file and then choose 'open with...'?
