This is my second NOKIA 770 that has to go in for service (WSO my screen displays all white. anyone ever heard of this? LOL ). Now, as an experienced defective 770 owner, I dont wish to make the same mistake twice. My first time, I used the online Repair Site at the www.nokiausa.com site and they had me send it to Melbourne Fla. I was then informed it had to go to TEXAS. Well, now this time, I see in the Reapir Website, they list the 770 and it this time stold me to send it to:
NOKIA Auth Repair Center
C/O ENTRONIX
12999 Wilfred LA North
Suite 100
Rogers MN 55374-4589

Ok, sounds good, even a new address and company. Thought I was on to something. Well, to be safe, I sent a very explicit email to NOKIA saying that I had been run around before and did not want to waste 7 days repair time because I sent to the wrong place. So what do I get:
Ron, in order to have your Nokia 770 Internet Tablet replaced, we recommend sending the device to the address listed below:

Nokia Authorized Repair Center
AC/O Palo
2914 Green Cove Road
Huntsville AL 35803-3526

"reccommend" that makes me feel like I received a definitive answer doesnt it? Anyway, does anyone know EXACTLY what NOKIA Authorized Repair Facility does definitely do the NOKIA n770?

Thanks guys n gals, Im near Wash DC BTW.

FWIW I jus t got mine back after a little over two weeks in Huntsville. It really po'd me because I sent it to them packed in the original shipping carton and overpack but I got it back in a cheesy bubble pack envelope. I digress. I sent mine to Palco in Huntsville. I had to bird dog it a little, it sat for a week "waiting for parts". I used the return form here <http://www.nokiausa.com/support/repair/repairform?esnImeiNumber=00164E9890F6&billZip=4815 2&modelNumber=N770&product_code=0631695&email=&sta ndard_repair_location=PCA&protocol=>. I got there from here <http://www.nokiausa.com/support/repair/main/1,2846,,00.html>, using step 2. I used the mac address and my own zip of course. Good Luck!

Thanks Peter, thats good info. It confirms that Huntsville is the place to send to.
And I can expect a minimum of two weeks I am sure. Just a bit of info for those that may be sending to NOKIA, very dissapointing. I have a Phone that sent in 10-20 and recived on 10-23 per US Postal Delivery Confiormation. They then show it received on 11-08. Then I see that it was also sent to the wrong place and they sent it to another faculity (Alabama). It has now been sitting with WAITING FOR PARTS since 11/17. On about 11/27 I called and got Repair Escalation. They were very apologetic and said they would contact repair center and find out what is up. They would return call in 24 -48 hours. Well its now 12-06, no call and phone is still WAITING FOR PARTS>

NOKIA has gone to the dogs.
