To post an inquiry for developer(s) who might be interested in porting an existing Linux app to OS2008/N8x0?

I am just not sure if it should go in Apps or in Developers. If it matters it's a pretty slick multi-platform python App for ebooks (library management as well as a reader/viewer). And I just dunno where I might make the suggestion and open a discussion. And we do need a another ereader app beyond fbreader, even if I do really like it.

Thanks for any tips on where to put the details.
