Now, I know what it's, and from the quick search for it in the forums, I think I should wait for them to fix it, rather than having them give me a replacement(hopefully they know how to permanently fix it), but I would be pissed if I have to wait a whole month and a half and then they tell me there is no replacement part, and they ship me another defective one.
An to answer your question weave, no I have it reboot for at least 20-30 times b4 it break. I don't think I have ever put the power cord into the wrong place. Anyway, I think I should shoot them the e-mail again to ask if they are aware that this serious problem is quite common, and whether they have a permanant fix for it.
It is with sympathy to your predicament that I write this. Nokia is really a great Phone company and we all know how good their phones are. It is only the last two and a half years or so, that they have gotten into this Internet Tablet thingie. Here we have to understand that they are still coming up to the steam regarding the repairs, replacements and establishment of Quality of this Internet Tablet. Also here I will say that the initial IT Tablets were of quite high standards ( the one that I have from January 2006 has not had any issues whatsoever till now). I can surely say that it has been (ab)used quite a lot.

The problem is I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now, waiting for part for almost 2 weeks and still waiting. Have anyone ever have any experience, good or bad w/ their repair center? This may sound like a rant, well it's a little of a rant, but I would like to know if this is normal. I just exchange couple of e-mails w/ the nokia peop today, and they told me the waiting for part could be as much as a month, and if they still have not receive the part, I have to contact them and finding out what's next. I'm confused, I have to keep track of their repair process.
