I posted a comment to expansys forum about them selling "new" stuff which was used, and got a reply saying it was "new", and referenced this thread at ITT

Having been saying 'ring for availability' until today, expansys now have over 100 units in stock, at £186.99

prices are even down here in denmark... - expansys.dk has them at close to the 180 pounds point.
