All,

I tried to save some space on Maemo Internal Memory Card, and that was by moving files to the External Memory card and Adding Symbolic links. I have learnt that not all the files can be copied to the memory card
Details could be found here
http://geek2live.blogspot.com/2009/0...okia-n810.html
the strange thingy, that on Control Panel--> Memory
it shows that Total Size as the Size of the External Memory Card not the 128MB anymore, I'm still testing and will keep posting

I hope this is not offtopic, I did not know where to post , so I added it here
Thankx All
Samer Azmy

I'm not sure quite what you're saying, but I think you may be interested in dual-booting. See the links in my sig.

Thankx for your reply. I'm still testing and installing even more application and the device still reporting the size of the internal memory equal to my Memory Card . I wish they are joined somehow

I have the feeling that you are a bit confused, and furthermore, you can easyly end bricking your tablet and having to reflash.
If you find the internal flash too short, the best thing to do is to repartition the external memory card and clone your system there, then you may add dual boot (a bit dangerous for newbs) or just instruct the tablet to boot from mmc (completely safe, it will still boot from internal flash if there is no bootable mmc partition).
Once you are booting from mmc you won't have space problems anymore, and if some SSU bricks your tablet (as unfortunately has already happened to many people) you'll be able to boot again from internal flash and recover from backup with minimal hassle.
