Hello, I have installed a buggy version of jamvm from the Jalimo repository on my Nokia N810 using the app manager. Now there is a hopefully better version, bu I fail to update it. I have also tried to uninstall it with a variety of commands:

- sudo <whatever> simply ignores me (?!?)
- gainroot not found (where do I get it?)
- apt-get --purge <...> and similar things give me a funny "are you root?"

Any ideas? I simply want to uninstall a package from a Linux system... there has to be a way without re-flashing the system... no?

Thanks,
Lucas
