You've got to wonder if there are only 300 unsold/paid for.

Interesting to see that now the CE/FCC tests are being mentioned, while before (around xmas time) they were not needed (aka don't think about that as it will add even more delay onto the delays you already know about).

Take it with a huge grain of salt!!!!
See your confused. These were paid for, then then returned some of their money and told them to pay again. Oh and only pay again by bank transfer or check or money order, that way you have no recourse to get your money back.

I find it surprising that there were still 2700 people willing to risk losing more money.

That makes me feel like a venture capitalist (sort of). I think that a bunch of guys, without a corporation behind, making from scratch a complete - quite bleeding edge - pocketable computer, well, they deserve lots of respect, and some trust too.
And - I still feel they are going to deliver before Nokia does.

And they may just beat Nokia to the delivery. I am positive as someone who paid by credit card and had 3/4's of my money returned. I am boldly confident that my Nokia RX-51 will ship before the second batch of Pandora's. I am still awaiting my email from Pandora telling me when I can place my CC order.

    hahahahahahahahaha

Ok, fanoush, debernardis, what should I bet?

If I win, I would like to see one of the following:
    • N8x0 hardware support in the Fremantle kernel
    • Rotation working for XV overlay (mplayer, liqbase)
    • A lean-and-mean mplayer rc2 with camera and flv support
    • Bootmenu with text console mode built-in, prettier graphics for the menu (configurable background, etc, like grub), Stskeep's boot-to-file mode built-in...

But what could I offer on my side?

A portion of you part of the council's weekly bacon stipend should do nicely.

fpp: The French didn't invent absinthe, they got the recipe from the Swiss, made truckloads of their mediocre knock-offs, and proceded to drink so much of it that it was banned. Those French. Sigh.

    And I bootlegged nothing.

    GA: Divide by zero error.

Hey! If I'd known about the bacon I might have tried for a second term!
