Is there a way to set a page in microb to auto refresh every set ammount of seconds? If so, how?

wasnt sure if greasemonkey could do that...just want a simple way to auto refresh my google voice inbox when i have it open so I can see new sms msgs...till someone hopefully makes some kind of notifier that is.

An initial search as userscripts shows that there are several auto-refresh. Not sure if this one would work though..
