There were a few updates that were available and I didn't have time to process them. I clicked on Skip Update.
Now I don't remember what applications they were, and I'm not reminded to update. How do I undo this?

If you open the Application Manager and tap on Update everything should show up.

I did one update to Pushit yesterday, but I'm sure it wasn't what I skipped.
Tried doing Update in Application Manager. Nothing shows.
What does Skip Update do? Does it skip the specific version or all future updates?
How can one tell which updates were skipped?

Um, skip update? I didn't know such a thing existed.

Yep. When there are updates available, you get an option to update each application individually or Update All. There's also a Skip Update for each application.
