The only option I'm aware of is Gizmo, I know it works from tablet to PC. Seems to support Linux, Windows and MAC, http://gizmo5.com/pc/download/.

I've not tried video calling with a tablet previously, but I've just done a quick test, and SIP calls with video work for me between my N810 and X-Lite on a Mac. I don't have a USB camera for the Mac, but Firewire video works, so on one side of the conversation I look surprisingly like a popular cooking show. Bam!

You'll need two SIP accounts: one for your Mac/Linux/Windows box and one for your tablet. Any SIP provider should do, but if you've already tried Gizmo, you have an account with SIPphone, so you may want to just go with that. Gizmo and SIPphone are the same company.

On your N810, it might help if you install the latest RTCOMM beta. I don't recall clearly, but I think the beta enhanced SIP calling. Anyway, qole has posted instructions on how to install the latest RTCOMM; however, you'll likely need to substitute "http://qole.org/repository" for "http://qole.maemobox.org/repository" as you move through those instructions.

Once RTCOMM beta is installed, you'll need to set up your SIP account within it. There's information on how to do this in "Help" on your tablet, and there are instructions on the web as well. You may need to try different "Transport" settings (Auto/UDP/TCP) until SIP connections work from your network.

On the X-Lite side, the User Guide provides information on how to set up a SIP account.

If you select a SIP provider and post that selection here, folks might be able to provide you with more specifics on settings.

...not Voice?
You could mute the microphone during each call, I suppose. In Internet Call on your tablet, that setting is in the menu, under "Control".

and what is the Best SIP account?
No idea. By what criteria?

If I remember correctly. My friend was using gtalk on his PC and I was using gtalk on the N810; it worked.

I rarely use video call ...
