I have problem with the bluetooth. I can see it installed in BIOS (press F2 to go in), and I opened the cover and I saw it there. but I cannot activate it! I download softwares from Dell.com. but and but it just won't work.
Fn+F2 does not work!
how to fix it?

How can I believe it!
you have to set the switch to BT+WIFI in BIOS, and use the switch to turn it on.
HELL! it took me half hour to figure it out!!!!
