I have the ip address of the usb0 = 192.168.2.15 so ,
when i go to network manager > USB > Advance and i change the ip address to 192.168.2.16 and i come back i refind the same old address .
Or when i tape on the command line ifconfig usb0 192.168.2.16/24 it said bad address.

That would be
Code:
ifconfig usb0 192.168.2.16
as root.
/24 (equals 255.255.255.0) is the netmask, not part of the IP.
