Me? I've resorted to putting one wind of flourescent yellow tape around my 'home' stylus and trying to keep it located in the same area of my workspace so I don't easily loose it among my desk crap or in papers or on the floor.
The stylus that's part of PlayThing only is used when I leave the house.

I try not to use mine when I am out and about - I have one of those cheap BIC 3-in-1 pens that I keep handy instead!
Having lost both of my stylii more than a month ago, I've resorted to using all sorts of things. I've found that most pencils and ball point pens work fine, but the best is an old mechanical pencil with the lead retracted.
A local guy on craigslist said he had an extra one, I've contacted him but with no response yet...
after i lost my first stylus, i took the backup stylus and drilled a small hole through the indentation at the end, tied the end of a piece of tough sowing thread to it and glued the other end of the thread with epoxy to the top half of the tablet, just above the erphone jack. i'm hanging on to my last stylus by a thread, to coin a phrase.
