There is a way. Use CodeDiver as described in this posting: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=187780&postcount=1
and it works. Note the last sentence of that posting though.

With this beta for the first time ever Access actually replied when I entered my email and gave me the link. The previous times I tried forever and never got a reply (had to get a link from someone else). Maybe they only honour this for a limited time? This time I went ahead as soon as I heard about it, which was very early indeed.

Has anyone noticed that 1.0.3b is beta 4? Really confused me when I was downloading it...

Instaled without a hitch. All my installed apps still work, even when started from a command line.

FWIW, I have not had a GVM crash for months now and use it daily.

Best experience so far though I have no clue what Access has changed.

Cheers

Well, that's done. Thanks. I thought if it said OS2008 it meant OS2008 . How the hell are you supposed to know that OS 2008 actually means os2008 (5.2008.43.7) Now all I have to do is install all the applications again. And do the whole clone OS again.
GVM installed OK and pocket tunes installed. However, GVM locked up and now I get an error message "can't connect to GVM (error 0x300400000). I'll do a search and see what that means. Probably have to do some more farting around. It's no mistake that the N800 is the size and shape of a sponge. A time sponge.

Well , I have Garnet VM running. I think you have to install it three times and say a Hail Mary backwards. Worked for me. Pocket tunes does not work though. When I try to register it, I am dumped back to the main screen. Not sure what the problem is. If anyone actually has it running I would appreciate the version number and the settings. Thanks.

Make a SD slot 1, copy Pocket tunes to slot 1/launch, I suspect that will make it work.

I do :-) !

1) Help>About>Garnet VM 1.0.3 Beta
2) ...expire on November, 30th 2009.

It still wipes all apps clean if crash, though.

.....Cant help to show off

I'm starting to tire of their expiration dates though. If the next one after Nov. 30 still comes with an expiration date I doubt I'll bother anymore, even with the card support (which definitely makes it better. But reinstalling all the time due to expiration dates turns me off after a while).
