I found a great program to convert the video from video camera.
In fact get smoother than the original.
I used "Formatfactory" a freeware software for windows.

I used this setting with a great outcome
MPEG4 DivX encoder
176x144 resolution
fsp default
Bitrate Default
encode 2 pass yes
sample 24000
bitrate 128
audio ac3
