I considered adding other bodies (like our own Moon), but decided that it got too cluttered to do so. Maybe some future release could include (optionally) some other bodies with known orbital parameters -- if people ask for it.

Your suggestion is puzzling and interesting at the same time
When I click on these 'deb' package links on my software page, it automatically starts up 'Application Manager' and proceeds just as if I had 'picked' it from the application manager itself. It might be interesting to have my applets within the 'official' repositories, but I think that the existing 'click on a web page link' method is still fairly easy for users, is it not? I still have a lot to learn about the 'debian/Maemo' world...
