There's no update to FP10 on the Nokia N810. In fact, there more than likely never going to be one despite Adobe looking into creating a method to maintain and update that in the future.

Sorry; but it just won't happen as things stand right now.

Hello, I'm a brand new user of the n810. I just got it today but there doesnt seem to be an Adobe Flash Player installed on it. The only flashplayer installed is Shockwave. Can someone tell me where to find a link to install the Adobe Flash player? Thanks!

That is the Flash player. Make sure it's enabled in the browser.

And for the record, it's version 9.0.48.0 btw. Point your browser to http://flashplayerversion.com to doublecheck.

Thank You! I didnt realize that Shockwave was the same as Adobe. I doublechecked the version as you instructed and it was the one you mentioned. I thought I didnt have the right flash player installed because I tried to go to Hulu.com and it said I didnt have Adobe Flash installed.

How does one post to a thread that has already answered the question you are about to ask right above where you clicked the button to ask the question?

Yeesh.

Exactly where in this thread does it say Shockwave is the same as Adobe prior to my asking this question?

Thanks for your support to a brand new user.

Hulu wants a later version of 9.0.110 or so, if not FP10. I forget.

But it's not that you don't have Flash installed, you don't have the version they want.
