I'm wondering if it's possible to access Samba shares on my network from my N800.
I have seen some Samba stuff for the 770, but I'm afraid that since this is fairly low-level (filesystem/network) stuff, and possibly kernel-specific, it would cause problems on the N800. Does anyone know if the 770 samba stuff works on the N800?
Also, does the Samba stuff integrate into all of the apps "file/open" dialogs, or is it a standalone app (only useful to get access to files/copy them to the local media)?
One more thing: I don't suppose it's possible to 'share' one of the N800's folders over Samba (so another PC can access (for example) the removable media card over the network)? If it is possible, I'd appreciate any pointers for setting this up.
