Regularly I do try,
as root
apt-get autoclean
apt-get autoremove
apt-get clean
usually cleans up system cache.
But the icons still remaining in the utilities menu still persists.
I'm haveing trouble deleting the Navit (No matter what I've done, can never
get it to read the California.bin map. I've set the coords right in the XML, linked it to the right .bin and still it doesn't show up. Even uploaded both XML files to the /home/*symlink* and the /usr/*.xml location. Any help, plz)

I was looking for an app that might help me clear/delete files or programs... much like canola clean is to canola, i thought there might be a program or way to clean the whole device. I have deleted bomberman from the file manager ( a few times ) and yet it's still in the utilities list, even after i reboot, also i tried to install easy mer ( with no luck, I guess there was something i didnt understand or duplicate from the directions ) and have some files left over : debian-squeeze.img.ext2, debian-squeeze-img.tar.bz2, and an "unknown cdf" file. if any one knows how to get these files cleared and or knows of a way/prog to basically clean the system like disc cleaning/Defraging like on a pc please let me know.
Thanks,
