    could it be a mono/stereo/stereo-with-mic-input-and-button four-way jack?

May be the red jack is buried between the other two.... I find no reason to have mono out of the jack considering that the 3.5 audio jack has to support regular stereo headphones.

Great for presentations, maybe watching a movie on a lower end hotel TV. Or if they are thinking presentations, will the video out even support a decent frame rate for watching movies?
No, there are three. (pic inside the spoiler)

I don't see any leather case in the package..... Could it be a possibility that it is not pictured or did they stop bundling the leather case to reduce the price of the device?

Considering that the three buttons in the top are for zoom, power and screen lock.... i wonder if the full screen button has been removed?

And i think task switching would be gesture based something like the palm pre.... lets see

I guess the buttons are for zoom, power and camera release.

The camera release is a notch on the cover which slides to open the camera.

Sure? Maybe I used the wrong term. I meant the trigger button for taking a photo. Similar position compared to the N97.
And I guess the screen lock is the sliding switch near the audio jack.
