Hi Gang,

Just got my N800. Sweet. However, I am having trouble connecting to my home network. It has no problem connecting to my neighbors unsecure network. But, when I connect to my WEP-enable network. I get that globe with the question mark that tells me that it did not recieve an IP address. I entered the WEP keys 3 times, so I don't think that it is a typo with them. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith

I'm getting the same problem, but it started today after a couple of days of success.

Something's going wrong with the dhcp client; now I just have to figure out what.

And yes, the WAP is offering DHCP; I've another system attached to the same WAP without problems.

Check out your home network setup: Did you by chance at some stage enable e.g. MAC address filtering or some such? If so you would have to add the MAC address of your N800 to your wi-fi router.

No such filtering enabled. One of the networks is a corporate "guest" network where such filtering would be impossible anyway.
