    How to download the HD version of a Youtube video?

    I'm using the myTube program to download Youtube videos but I can't seem to be able to download the HD quality one when one is available.

    Example: "Do you want to date my avatar?", music video

    This video is in both regular as well as in HD but I only ever get the non-HD version downloaded.

    Anyway to do that via myTube or do I have to do it in some other way?

    Thanks.

    Sorry this is for the desktop... not the n810.

    I have the exact answer to this..

    Script for HD -

    javascript:if(document.location.href.match(/http:\/\/[a-zA-Z\.]*youtube\.com\/watch/)){document.location.href='http://www.youtube.com/get_video?fmt=22&video_id='+swfArgs['video_id']+'&t='+swfArgs['t']}

    Script for HQ

    javascript:if(document.location.href.match(/http:\/\/[a-zA-Z\.]*youtube\.com\/watch/)){document.location.href='http://www.youtube.com/get_video?fmt=18&video_id='+swfArgs['video_id']+'&t='+swfArgs['t']}

    Save them as separate bookmarks and click on it on the respective youtube page....

    For some reason, I never caught on to the whole Youtube craze.

    For me, Youtube is just a daily turd repository.

    Thanks for the desktop option but I take it that there may be no way to download a HQ version of a youtube video either via myTube or otherwise then.

    Thanks.

    You could via mYTube if you edited the program code, but:

    1.) I don't know if the source is available

    2.) You'd need to be a programmer to really get into doing that

    Besides, I believe I tried to run an HQ video only for it to not work. Can't remember. I'll try later on.

    Jesse~
