Whenever I try to set an alarm for my N810, it says "Unable to perform operation. Try again." I keep trying, but it says the same thing, and whenever I turn on the Nokia It Shows the Alarm on the Status Bar and there is No Alarm, How Can I fix This?
Please Help Me,
Thanks

You can restart the alarmd daemon by running, as root:

/etc/init.d/alarmd start

So does any of https://bugs.maemo.org/buglist.cgi?c...tatus=REOPENED cover your issue?
If not, please file a report with exact steps to reproduce and as much info as possible.

Thanks!

It didn't appear in your search results, but a bug I found in Dialcentral development might be relevant (includes work around)

I'm not feigning ignorance here... however the alarmd issue - it's not starting at all. I have to manually go into services, each time I boot up and restart it.

Otherwise, alarmd doesn't work.
