Yeah, since we already knwo about the N900, the rest of the announcements werent at all any more exciting or didn't reveal anything worth a major breakthrough. The X6 is just another good hardware with the same S60v5 slapped over it. So I don't see the industry will be any more excitited about that.

Hey, at least a X6 with a Capacitive screen - cheer up !

The way other blog were salivating over any capacitive screens device, I would think Nokia scored big here ... ... but for us who use a resistive and know its advantages ... meh !

The X6 was not what Eldar found astonishing.

    Some tweets:

Then someone proceeds to ask if it's about a service or a device and he replies both. His English is a bit hard to follow and he often gives hints instead of spitting it all out but he actually says you could find clues about it inside the N900.

    See eldarmurtazin@twitter

I have no idea what it could be but maybe NW09 isn't over yet..

Not that it is gospel, but I like the idea of glass.

"capasitive -- yes, capacitive like in iPhone -- glass touchscreen (UPDATE: Nokia sent us a new email correcting the previous statement about resistive touchscreen)"

It's not soooo great, mindblowing, special, ... though, is it? Or what am I missing about it?

Indeed, he commented regarding the X6:
