Better BlueTooth support with GNOME BlueTooth so this is now done via GUI without need for bluez-gnome or blueman. Thus, for example allowing to easily set up PAN (DUN support to follow later) due to improvements in network-manager. Setting up 3G uses modem-manager which allows you to easily select your provider and APN.
Also of interest is Time Tracker (Project Hamster). This allows you to conveniently note what you spend your time on and how long. Would be quite useful on Maemo as well! Screenshot:
Totem supports resuming. When you start it up it will continue where you were left. Even works if you ran out of power or you rebooted (according to my experience ).
Cheese got some improvments. This might be interesting.
Evince, the PDF reader for GNOME, is ported to Windows.
There is a lot more interesting tidbits, but many do not matter for Maemo or GNOME Mobile.
