I created a table (similar to the Danish weekend) for those how want to coordinate the arrivals and departures with other participants (share a ride to the hotel, etc), feel free to join in

Sorted the rows within the tables by time. If others follow that lead, it will be easier to see potential ride sharers as the tables grow.
