Just ordered an N800 from TigerDirect for $369 and free shipping.
I've been looking for a wireless internet browser for around the house. Something I can browse the internet with or IM/talk to my friends with while we play our online games (PS3). A lot of games out there don't have mic support and the ones that do often have really crappy support. It's nice to be able to communicate with them while playing. Don't own a laptop and while I was looking at laptops I realized I really did not need all that.......the N800 appears to fit the bill nicely. Took a real hard look at the Pepper Pad 3, and while in many ways I feel that device may have been even slightly better for what I was looking for I could not justify the additional $300 just for a larger screen and funky split keyboard. Might have to get a bluetooth keyboard in the near future though.
