    Synchronisation in an open way! Number one issue for me.

    Already appears to have good Gmail IMAP support amongst other things.

    Edit: PC Suite support on Linux would be nice finally. I figure the move to Qt is in aid of this cross-platform nature though so *thumbs up*.

    @axel

    Get an iPhone! All your examples are for OS X apps. Why don't you just get an iPhone then?

    I don't think that mentioning an application from another device is wrong... people copy features and application since computers exist...
    to copy and admeliorate is the key imo

    to give some good examples is welcome for me
    (just don't pretend them to be there.. but suggestions can always be good)

    and personally i quote a Spotlight searcher/launcher !
    (isn't Tracker allready there?)

    I want - no, need, badly...

    VNCViewer
    VNCViewer
    and
    VNCViewer

    I know...problem - how to control the mouse with a N900? A mouse function like the browser would be friggin' killer - and very difficult to enable I'm sure. I can dream though...

    @jolo: just an evernote 'uploader'. it's just a fraction of all other features from a 'proper' evernote client, like the one on iphone.

    Evernote is interested in creating a browser plugin for web clipping. Also, they are probably going to do improve their webpages.

    What other features are you looking for?
