I just got my n800 today. Still playing with it stock for a bit before I start to modify the heck out of it.

However I noticed in the media browser, that it sees my mythtv system, and I can browse all my recorded shows, I can't watch any of them because the format isn't supported, but an interesting auto grab there.. maybe something coming soon?

the recent versions of MythTV include a UPNP server for sharing files. that is probably what your nokia is seeing.

One thing I've been meaning to try is set a user job in MythTV to call Andrew's 770-encode to automatically transcode my recordings.

Then *in theory* I could stream those files straight to my 770.

Just one (more) of those things that I'd like to try if I ever get around to it.

One thing that I do find the 770 perfect for is accessing MythWeb to schedule recordings, etc.

I myself, too am trying to find a way of streaming digi tv recordings or perhaps even live tv to 770. I have a Dbox2 with Neutrino, tried yesterday GBPVR with a plugin for Dbox. My Dbox image seemed to be incompatible with GBPVR though. Anyway using a Webadmin utility of GBPVR you could stream the Digitv stream ( from Dbox2/separate digitv adapter) further to internet/LAN using VLC taking care of the re-encoding suitable for 700.
Please keep posting any progress with MythTV. I know there is a plugin for Dbox2 in MythTV too.
This is actually the main reason for me to have a 770, or more precisely would be.
