Finland's Ministry of Transport and Communications has made 1-megabit broadband Web access a legal right:

It's nice to have no significant immigrant and minority population to deal with, isn't it? The almost 100% literacy rate is impressive.

Some awesome cuisine options, a nice tradition of saunas and summer cottages by lakes, amazing arts and crafts... now if i could just get Nokia to hire me...
