Okay so I have trawled through pages and pages on the forums and bug reports but I cannot just find a straight answer. I installed RTComm from the applications manager on my N810 and set up an MSN account but my contacts wont show up, I have tried waiting but after over an hour they still wont show.
Do I need to install something extra, or change anything, or anything like that to make them work? Ive tried rebooting and everything and it just keeps saying No Contacts Found.
From what I remember, there's no longer a need for that if you have the Collabora repository installed and are in red pill mode, I think. It's been a while so I may have forgotten.
qole is the one that put out the instructions for replacing the libpurple0 library with his own.

Umm..... In newbie language? I searched for libpurple0 in the available apps and it gave no results. Sorry Im being a pain I know but I really just need an actual set of instructions to go on. Really sorry >.<
The problem with that is that the qole repository doesnt exist any more...
Yes, unfortunately, qole's web host blew up the hard drive controller in the server that held qole.org. The site will reappear once they herd all the little ones and zeros off the backup tapes and onto a working machine.

So its only short term? How long ago did this happen?
Yesterday, or perhaps the day before. Please see the web host's status report, "Greenlantern Lost His Ring". Yes, really.
(Side note to web hosts: Clever titles given to your published acknowledgments of unscheduled downtime, potential data loss, and failures to recover quickly may not endear you to your customers.)
