I wonder why whois lists a gmail account as the administrative contact. Could a Nokia employee confirm that this is legit, and not a spam trap?
Yes, at first I thought it was an email harvesting operation, but then I googled for the name in the whois record.....
Yeah it does appear to be part of some viral marketing shenanigans. http://www.majorcompete.com is registered to the same guy, who appears to work for a marketing firm. He ought to get a better email address to register domains with.
the maemo project is back nokia/womword have been sending a video to bloggers http://thenokiareview.com/2009/11/02...ject-was-over/
do we have to slow down the video or something to extract what the guy was saying when the video go's funny?

In fact, all of the Maemo blogs, or a few so far I've noticed, have an excerpt of the video. Only problem is its Monday, as in Monday Night Football, so all my calls to get the various blogs to cooperate have gone unanswered.
So far, there are videos at Maemo-Freak.com, theNokiaReview.com, and MaemoCentral.com, and they are all parts of a larger video. I'm trying to get the various other bloggers together to combine the videos and see if we can notice any new clues.
If anyone knows of anyone else with more video parts, please email me at christexaport at sbcglobal dot net.
